Class Schedule

Basic Training 2006 will begin the first week in October, 2006 and will run for 12 weeks.

We're offering morning, evening, and weekend sessions:

 

Evenings: Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Mornings: Tuesday and Thursdays, 6:00 - 7:00 am

Saturdays: 6:00 am - 7:00 am

 

Your class fee gives you entry to any or all the weekly sessions, but we do ask that you commit to at least three sessions per week.
