Supplemental Workouts

If you're serious about your fitness...

You're in Basic Training only 3-5 hours per week, so you should really be thinking about what you're going to do with the rest of your time.

Use our supplemental workouts to push yourself to new heights this year--pick a plan that matches your goals, and then stick to it.

5K Running Plan - Novice

For people who are just starting to run, or are getting back into running after a long layoff. This is a nice, gentle plan that will get you ready to complete a 5K race.

Endurance Running Plan

For runners who currently run 8-12 miles per week who want to build their endurance over the winter. This plan is perfect for sprint distance triathletes who want to increase their race distances or who want to build a very solid running base, for persons wanting to complete their first 1/2 marathon, or for fairly fit individuals who want to trim a few pounds.
