What is Online Personal Training?
Online personal training gives clients the opportunity to workout in the comfort of their own home on their own schedule. Customized workouts are provided by their assigned trainer based on their fitness goals, schedule, and available equipment. No equipment? No problem! Fully body weight workouts are available; all you need is a yoga mat!

Completely customized workouts tailored to your needs, goals, and schedule added to your calendar on a weekly basis.
Unlimited messaging between client and trainer to address any questions, concerns or needs you may have, and to help motivate you when you’re having a hard time doing the work.
Videos of each movement to show you how to execute them safely and efficiently, with a detailed description of the workout.
An opportunity to work with a knowledgeable trainer who can accommodate pain and injuries and offer modifications when necessary so you can continue to improve your health and achieve your goals.
